Community
A tight circle of women who understand the emotional and practical load of building a business in motherhood.
This is where you feel seen again.

Co-Working Sessions
One hour a week where you’re not interrupted, not second-guessing yourself, and not doing it alone.
Show up, breathe, and get things done.

Founding Member Influence
The perks of being a founding member aren't just in price.
You tell me what you need, and I’ll build it.
More resources, more tools, more support, all shaped by your real life.

You
You'll get you back, in The Foundation.
That's my big dream at least. A space to be seen, and heard. To be understood.
A community where you can grow as a person, so your business can grow with you.
Life as a mompreneur is hard enough as it is, feeling like yourself again will make everything else easier. You deserve that!
“I don’t have time for another thing.”
Of course you don’t. You’re doing motherhood, entrepreneurship, and juggling a hundred invisible tasks.
The Foundation isn’t another thing on your list. It’s the space where the list stops running your life. You CAN join the coaching calls and co-working hours, but if life is particularly lifey for you this week, you skip it. That's the beauty is being in a community where everyone knows exactly how you feel.
“I’ve tried courses and memberships before… I never stick with them.”
Oof, amen to that. You can see The Foundation as your group of friends, with nifty tips and tricks.
The resource library is that, a library. You don't go to your actual library every day, only when you need something.
As for the community, we hope to see you there more often, but not because you have to, because you want to be there.
“I should be able to figure this out on my own.”
You’re not supposed to build your business in isolation. Courses have a finish-rate of 5-15%, when there's accountability there, that skyrockets to 75%.
You were never supposed to figure it out alone; lean on the village, learn from others. Your business and your personal growth path will exponentially grow when you’re seen, heard, and supported.
“I feel guilty investing in myself.”
As you should! Your place is in the kitchen, taking care of the kids and running the household. Your business is just a hobby, a little side hustle, and you should treat it as such!
We all know those opinions. Don't keep yourself small, honey. You deserve to invest in yourself.

Hi, I’m Ayla.
I help mompreneurs create clarity, grounded direction, and momentum by understanding how they actually work.
For the past decade, I've worked as a VA, directly supporting female entrepreneurs in streamlining and optimizing their businesses.
When I realized that you can throw allllll the productivity and efficiency hacks at someone, but they'll never use them if they're not wired for them, I pivoted to business coaching.
Now I run my business from a 500-year-old château in France, and I teach mompreneurs the thing that changed my life, too: You don’t need more discipline. You need clarity about who you are, how you work, and where you're going.
I am building my business while raising my two little girls, renovating an actual castle, running the household, supporting my husband, and I still have time to breathe and enjoy what I've built.
That's what I want for you too.
Why become a founding member of The Foundation?
1. You reach your goals faster
Studies show people in communities are more consistent and more likely to follow through. When you’re surrounded by women on the same path, you stop second-guessing and actually finish the things you start.
2. You stop feeling so damn alone
Entrepreneurship with little kids can feel so very isolating. In a community, you have women who get it. Who know what it’s like to be up at 2 a.m. with a baby and still have a client call at 9. That connection takes the weight off.
3. You rise higher together.
When women come together, ideas spark, collaborations form, and momentum builds. What feels impossible alone suddenly becomes doable because you’ve got people in your corner reminding you of your vision and holding you to it.

Don’t let the administration side of your business drown out your creativity. Focus on your zone of genius and use templates for the rest!
